Scallop Punch Wreath - Easy!

Fond Farewell Countdown #2

As most of you know - the hostess sets will no longer be available as of end of December.  One of my favorite sets for the holidays has been "Perfect Presenations" Hostess level 2 found on page 20 click here to view.  There's still time to have a "BOOK PARTY".  Just gather $150 or more to receive hostess benefits...$300 or more to receive a level 2 stamp set.  Contact me now to plan your BOOK PARTY.

I received the "Tree" card from Suzanne H at the SU Annual Convention in Denver this summer.  Supplies used:  Wild Wasabi and Purely Pomegranate inks, cardstock and double stitch ribbon.  Basic Black Ink, Whisper White and Always Artichoke cardstock.  Also used the retiring background stamp "Linen" found on pg 137 click here to view.

The next card features Perfect Presenation AND a level one hostess set..."So Many Sayings" on page 17 click here to view.  This is an awesome set.  Despite the fact that it is only 3 stamps - it has over 30 sayings.  Just stamp and punch out with the Word Window Punch found on page 182 (used to punch out "HOLIDAY HAPPINESS").  This card uses several circle punches and the new Scallop Punch.  Other supplies used:  Real Red, Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Dashing Designer Series paper and Real Red 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon.

Get your Hostess Sets before they are gone forever!

Fond Farewell Countdown #1

The Fond Farewell Countdown begins today...

Each day over the next couple of weeks, I'll share some projects made with stamp sets that are on the retired list.  I'll be doing a drawing at the end of each week, Saturday - I'll be giving away blog candy (as they call it).  Meaning, I'll randomly select/draw a name to receive the "candy".  I will be drawing several names each Saturday.  Give-a-ways will be Stamps Sets (new or use, current or retired, card packages or other handmade items).  So visit everyday and leave a comment.  Oh ya - the way to enter the drawing is to leave a comment.  So leave a comment everyday.

On Saturday I will post the winner(s) - depending on the number of comments.  You'll have until end of day Monday to contact me to redeem your "candy".

On to the sharing...I'm gonna start with some of my favorite holiday stamp sets.  Today will feature the stamp set "Glorious Garlands" found on page 33 in the 2007 Fall/Winter Collection Click here to view

This stamp set went unnoticed to me until Stampin' Up! shared some fun ideas with their Demonstrators. Tree_2 Now I'll share them with you.
