Fresh Cut Masking

I love this last card that I made with the Fresh Cut stamp set and Notecards.  I'm tellin' ya - these Fresh Cut Notecards are soooo fun and easy to use!

So this time, instead of removing the die-cut petals, I gently lifted the petals up and masked them off by sliding sticky notes under each petal.  Then I stamped and sponged Always Artichoke ink on the petals only.

The other stamped petals peeking out from behind, are the petals that were removed from a previous card.  I attached them with a glue dot between each of the petals.  Stamped the smalled flower on So Saffron and punched it out centering it in the 5-Petal Flower punch.  Added a Rhinestone Brad to finish it off.  From inside the card - I covered everything up with a layer of cardstock on the backside of the front.

Fresh Cuts - Step it up notch

So the other day, I shared some simple but elegant samples made with the Fresh Cuts promotion.  Today, I'll share a couple of cards that "step-it-up" a notch.  Still fast and easy to do!  That's what I love about these Fresh Cut notecards.  If you want a quick card, then these beautiful die-cut cards will come in handy.  Have a stack of them on hand and you'll be stamping in no time!

Stampin' Up! Decor Elements

What are Decor Elements?

They are self-adhesive vinyl wall art.  Essentially they are easy to apply/remove rub-on images for your walls, windows and more.  They are all the rage right now!

Stampin' Up! Fresh Cuts - Simple but Elegant

I am so lovin' the new Fresh Cuts stamp set and Die-Cut Notecards w/envelopes!  These two products will be featured in the upcoming 2008 Fall Winter Idea Book & Catalog (to be release August 11th).  But you can purchase them this month because Stampin' Up! is giving us a sneak peak!  More information here.

Here are a couple of cards that I made.  Very simple, yet very elegant.  These note cards are so quick and easy to use!

Fresh Cut stamp set and matching notes, Certainly Celery cardstock, Always Artichoke ink, Mellow Moss Taffeta Riboon, Stampin' Dimensionals and half-back pearls from Pretties Kit.

Scrappy Thursday - Flag Book

Last week I had my Scrappy Thursday class.  In order to attend this class, you must be a Hedgehog Scrapbook Club member.  For a $5.00 fee - we make a mini scrapbook at each class.  No pictures necessary - you put them in when you get home.

Retirement Stamp Camp "PMS Style" & Give Away

Just one more month until my Retired PMS Stamp Camp...Pizza, Music and Stamping!

Bud Basics - Oh, the memories!

Why the memories?  That's because Bud Basics (and the matching jumbo wheel Basic Outline) was the stamp set I received free on my very first Stampin' Up! cruise to the Mexican Riveria!  And now it's retiring - boo hoo!

Here are a couple of samples that I made with it.  You'll see...I was into Tempting Turquoise and Green Galore at the time.  Still a great color combo! 

The greetings on these two cards are from "Much Appreciated" - also retiring!

The last card is one of the make & takes I did on the cruise.  Yes - we even get to do make & takes on cruise!

Bye-bye "Bud Basics" and "Much Appreciated" stamp sets.  One can only guess, that the matching jumbo wheel will retire too.  The accessories list will be available on July 25th (including wheels) - only through your Stampin' Up! demonstrator.
