More Swaps and an introduction to Dave

For those of you who don't know...one of the demonstrators in my group is guy. His name is Dave. He joined my team 3 years ago and became my first Supervisor! He fits in real well with everyone and definitely gives our group a unique dynamic! Here's his swap card...
