More Stampin' Up! Convention and AWESOME NEWS!

Thursday was another perfect day at the Stampin' Up! 20th Annual Convention!

Great general session, awesome demonstrations, more Decor Elements and fun make & takes.  PLUS - SWAPPING.  It's crazy - Laurie got caught up in a swapping mob...what fun!

Tonight we went to the awards ceremony.  Always very inspiring to see successful demonstrators and watch them being rewarded for their hard work.  For me - I personally had set some high goals for my business this past year and despite the fact that I only reached two of my four goals (the other two were close), I ended up with an awesome year.  Actually more awesome than I thought!   

I earned awards for sales and recruiting, plus earned the Hawaii incentive trip and celebrated my 5 year anniversary with Stampin' Up!

ALSO - (insert drumroll)

I earned a spot as one of the top 100 demonstrators of the year!  (insert screaming and crying!).  I patiently waited for my name to be called, expecting to be #100 or 99.  They announced 10 demonstrators at a time.  So I wasn't in the first group  - so shocked.  Not in the second (now to number 81).  Not in the next three groups.  Oh my gosh...I was freaking out.  That meant I was in the top 50!!!!

I actually came in at #41....!!!!!!!   So dang excited.  Plus Laurie got to sit with me in the special reserved section for awards earners.  Her first convention and she got a little tasted of a the special treatment for award earners. 

I'm beyond thrilled and completely shocked.  It still hasn't set in completely. 

Oh - almost forgot...my favorite hometown group from MN, was the entertainment tonight at the awards ceremony - imagine my EXTREME delight!  TONIC SOL FA - they are awesome!  I've got pictures and more stories, but it will have to wait until I get back.
