Stampin' Up! Minneapolis Regional Seminar: Workshop Wow, Envelope Scrapbook
April 09, 2009
I was so excited when Stampin' Up! contacted me to do a Workshop Wow at the Minneapolis Regional this past weekend. They called two days before I left for the Stampin' Up! Hawaii Incentive Trip. I knew I wouldn't have much time to prepare - but I said YES! Couldn't help myself!
It was so much fun! I demonstrated an Envelope Scrapbook. I did this project with my scrapbook clubs last December. They really liked it, so I decided to make up some samples using current product.
It's VERY simple! All you need is 3 envelopes. Adhere them together using the flaps. That's it! Well, of course you'll want to decorate it.
The scrapbook I designed is for my husband for Father's Day. I married Gene when my girls were 6 & 8. So he missed the baby years (diapers, terrible twos, etc). We now have a grandson, Max (another grandbaby is on it's way - May 26th!). Max is the light of our lives! So now Gene gets to do all of the baby stuff.
Last fall we took Max to a local Apple Orchard and Petting Zoo. I took over the camera duties (Gene is usually the photographer for our family). You'll see why when you see my pictures. So here's my album with Max and Grandpa!
Look at that cute little butt! Hmm...not much of Gene showing?
Look at that cute little face! Hmm...only got Gene's hand?
Hmm...Still not much of Gene in the picture? Guess there's a reason that Gene is the family photographer!
I have a few more envelope scrapbook samples to share. So stop on by again!
