Stampin' Up! Seasonal Sentiments & Frosted Impressions Technique
October 10, 2010
Armed with some Medium Window Sheets and a Sanding Block...I was now prepared for the Frosted Impressions Technique shared with me by my fellow Control Freak, Connie Babbert.
I also broke out my brand new Stampin' Up! Seasonal Sentiments stamp set & Northern Frost Decorative Strip Die (from the 2010 Holiday Mini Catalog) to complete this card for my Technique Tuesday club class last week.
Frosted Impressions Technique...
is SO easy. I thought about doing a video and then nixed that. Because you can SO do this technique, in a heartbeat!
1. Cut Medium Window Sheet to 1-1/2" x 4-1/4"
2. Run the window sheet thru the Big Shot with the Petals-a-Plenty Texture Impressions Embossing Folder.
3. Use a Sanding Block to sand off the raised embossed images
4. Attach to your card with Mini Glue Dots in each corner
Here's a comparison photo - non-sanded on the left and sanded on the right.
