Stampin' Up! XOXO and Heartpress Letterpress

Here's swap I received from one of my DOstamperSTARS, Sonya Tourville.  It uses the new 2011 Occasions Mini Catalog stamp set called, "XOXO" and the Letterpress Plate called, "Heart Press" (on the bottom part of the card).  Great card Sonya!

Sonya is one of my local demonstrators.  She has a successful chiropractic business who also loves Stampin' Up!  It's a great way for her to enjoy her hobby, stamp with her friends and get a great discount on the products she loves!  Smart girl!!

Exciting News: Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference Presenter and Swap Card

Woohoo - it's just 5 more days and I'm off to Stampin' Up!'s 2011 Leadership Conference in Nashville, TN.  This year is a special Leadership for me, as Stampin' Up! selected me to present a class on Social Networking. 

When I received the call from Stampin' Up! in November - I was thrilled to say the least.  I've been a busy beaver behind the scenes getting everything ready.  But it is ready and I'm excited for the opportunity to teach and share!  Wish me luck!!

Color My World SSC030: Eat Chocolate

It's DOstamperSTARS Challenge Thursday again and this week it's a "Color My World" Challenge; using Stampin' Up! colors Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip. 

Look we now have fun graphics!  How do you like it?

 

With a color combo like that, I was drawn to the new Eat Chocolate stamp set (from the 2011 Occasions Mini Catalog)

 

Notice the pick scallop rectangle?  Well that's the Square Rectangle Clearlit for the Big Shot.  I can't believe this is only the second time I've used it.  It was released in July and of course, I just had to have it right away.  But am just getting around to using it now.  Hmm...I think you'll be seeing more it!

Valentine Defined and Red Glimmer Paper: Love You Card

Like a said yesterday, one of my favorite new 2011 Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini Catalog productc is the Red Glimmer Paper.  If you love bling - you'll love this new paper.  It's all about the glitter, but none of the mess!

Here's a card I did using the new Stampin' Up! Valentine Defined stamp set.  I created this card for my DOstamperSTARS downline shoebox swap/potluck meeting last week.  It's always fun to get together with my downline gals, as so many of them have become my friends as well.  Nothing is better than stamping, food and spending time with friends!  A great way to end the year.

 

I can't take credit for the stinkin' cute Love You "medallion" in the bottom left corner.  I received a freakin' adorable swap card from fellow Controlfreak Kimberly Van Diepen.  I totally CASED the medallion idea from her.  Thanks Kimberly!

2011 Occasions Mini Catalog Project Inspriration Page
