I have a special treat for you today! A FREE Greeting Cards Kids Collection Tutorial Gift!
I created this project tutorial in the fall of 2010 as a special gift for my customers at the time and for a DOstamperSTARS Camp-a-Rama event. Well, it's been 2-1/2 years and now the Greeting Cards Kids (119887w or 120633c) stamp set is retiring June 3rd. (NOTE: some of the products used in this project have since retired. I suggest substituting similiar items)
8-Page PDF Instructions for:
Four cards (of two variations) and box wrap
Supply list and measurements (remember, some items are no longer available)
FOUR videos with tips and instructions: (note: I initially thought there would be three videos, instead of four. So the first video title is incorrect). Also - these were some of my first videos, so be gentle! Though, it was fun to kind of fun to look back to see where I started from with videos. I've learned a lot since then, haven't I?
All four videos can be viewed on my DOstamping with Dawn BLOG (click to watch videos if you're receiving this notice via email)

I shared a cool Pop-Up Name Card last week on the Control Freaks Blog Tour. I've had many requests for a How'd She DO That? Video. Well you're in luck! As I did a similiar card with my Big Shot Club this month. Measurements are slightly different, but the concept is the same.

The Real Red and Daffodil Delight colors really make today's card bright and cheerful. Doesn't it just make you smile? I think the mini flower add to the cheerfulness too. Below you'll find tips for the flowers as well as a quick video for using Stampin' Up!'s Card Base Pop-N-Cuts Die.
If you're interested in learning ways to use your Big Shot Die Cutting Machine, or considering purchasing one...this online club may just be the club for you! You don't need to own a die cutting machine to participate. You'll receive 3 projects each month. Big Shot items are cut for you. However, stamping is not included (in accordance with Stampin' Up! policy). You'll have access to a private club page to view the completed projects (some with videos and some with written instructions, when necessary). Currently, I have openings for new members. Contact me if you'd like to join!
Welcome to the Control Freaks May 2013 Tour (officially starts May 20th, but should be live by 8:00pm central time May 19th- so be sure to stop back later to take the full tour). We are thrilled to have you join us today. Our tour features some of your favorite Control Freaks Stampers sharing projects made with Stampin' Up! products. In fact, you may have just come from the fabulous Mary Brown's Blog
Our theme for this month is: "Stampin' Up! New Catalog Sneak Peaks!".
Sketched Birthday Invite
This is the invitation we used for my grandson's Max & Sam's 6th and 4th birthdays. It features the popular "Chalkboard" stamping technique, which is a perfect match for the new Sketched Birthday stamp set.
DAWN'S TIP: Mount all 5 images on clear block "I" for fast and easy stamping!
Sketched Birthday Personalized Card
Of course, I had to make matching Birthday Cards too. But with a fun twist, by personalizing one for each of them. When they open their card, their name pops up by using 1/2" strips of window sheets and the letters of them names. Good thing they have 3-letter names!!
I was inspired to create their "name" cards from a idea shared on my recent Stampin' Up! Fiji trip by fellow demonstrator, Candy M.
