Halloween Mummy Candy Bar Wraps!

Lucky you...it's a double creative post day!  I'm excited to share a fun and spooky project with you...Halloween Mummy Candy Bar wraps.  

I found one of these in my "delivery box" yesterday - what a fun surprise!  It was from a customer of mine (hi Terry!) and totally fell in love with it.  So I did a creative u-turn from what I was going to do and whipped up a dozen of these mummies instead!  As I didn't have exactly what she used, I improvised and came up with this...

Halloween Mummy Candy Bar Wraps

Aren't these stinkin' cute?  You just need a Hershey's Chocolate Bar (6-pack), some Crepe Paper and a couple of Stampin' Up! Punches.  I'm thinkin' the gals at my husband's office are gonna scream with delight when they get theirs today.  What do you think?

Today's QC (Quick & Cute) card

 ...was inspired from my swaps received at Founder's Circle.  I can't decide if my favorite part of swap night at the 2013 Stampin' Up! Founder's Circle event is the actual swapping...or what came afterwards!  Take a look.

But either way, I always enjoy both the swap cards and the company of friends!  And like I said, today's card was inspired by one of the cards I received from Ronda Wade. 

Ronda's card was made with Night of Navy and the 2013 Holiday Catalog stamp set, Special Season (131766w or 131769c) - which I don't have.  I know...my DOstamperSTARS are all gasping as they read this.  That's correct, I don't own every stamp set!

What drew me to the card was the window with the greeting attached...love it!  So I challenged myself to find another image to fit the window.  The snow man from Snow Day fit just right.

I changed it up just a big, by adding a "full card" to the inside of the card (instead of the one panel) - to give room to add a message.
