DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge #097: Ornamental Pines Sketch

It's time for another DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge!  This week it's a Sketch challenge. 

 

For today's sketch - you can see, I shifted the images to the left and relied on the stamped images themselves, instead of circle shapes (a little bit showing above the greeting, with a little more showing below - to capture the feeling of the sketch).  When you use a sketch, you don't have to do a literal interpretation of it.  Just use it as a starting point for your creativity.

This is a great example of a QC (quick & cute) card.  Just the type of card you'll need when mass-producing holiday cards.  Easy, quick, limited supplies, cute and flat...great for mailing.

I used my current Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog favorite...Ornamental Pines stamp set.  I can't stop using this set.  I've got a few more card samples laying on my desk, plus a few swaps I've received too.  I'll share those this weekend - so be sure to stop back.
