Let me introduce Robin (in her own words):
I had never heard of Stampin' Up! before until 7 years ago. But I will say that (many years before that) when I changed jobs ...I was always excited to "stamp" the return address on our envelopes. Can you believe that? I meticulously would stamp it as straight as possible & loved it! Then 7 years ago I was invited by a good friend to join a Card Club that a friend of her's has been having..... of course I knew that friend for years too! The first one was a freebie just to see if I liked it - gosh, darn ..... I was hooked & looked forward to the monthly card making & excited to see what 3 cards we would be making! After 2 years of this, I decided to take the plunge (with another friend) & join ... since I had been ordering at least $100 every month already. I sure wish I would have learned about Stampin' Up! years ago.
So Dawn isn't my direct Upline, but she is my Upline's Upline & has allowed me to be part of her group gatherings. The first year I was more just a hobbyist of making my own cards - then the next year I started with monthly card buffets (as I was told these were "the in-thing" now). I LOVE Stampin' Up! products and doing my monthly card buffet. I have some very dependable "regulars" that come (and 1 gal was a demonstrator when Stampin' Up! first started!). They say it is their "therapy" at my house & love seeing all the nature that happens out my windows sometimes (30-40 wild turkeys, Canadian geese, swans, ducks, turtles, even 10-15 white tail deer). I have a nature sanctuary at times. My highlight with Stampin' Up! last year was going to Convention ..... plus the bestest roommates ever in the hotel room!! Hoping to go this year to be able to "walk the stage" at my 5-year mark! Stampin' Up! has been good and have gotten to make some great friends with the STARS group!! Thank you to everyone!

Robin is a great addition to the STARS. She's local to me (Twin Cities, MN), so I see her at our local meetings and she has an upbeat personality and is always smiling! Plus she also joins in online on our DOstamperSTARS private facebook group. Her cheery disposition is easy to spot, even online. I can't wait to see her smiling face walk across stage to celebrate her accomplishment!
