Chalk it Up to Love Alternative Ideas - by Dawn
OK, I have to admit...the flowers in this kit are not my favorite. As I was looking at them trying to decide what else I could do with them, I thought...butterfly. The center of the butterfly was cut from some of the extra black and the antennae was some of the black fringe that comes with the kit (also used as the bottom layer).
After you use the flowers from the kit, there is lots of leftover pink cardstock. Perfect for punching a bow with the Bow Builder Punch, to complete this cute Gift Box card!
My favorite is probably this card. I like the clean and simple look and feel of the card. The font of the greeting is very stylish, punched with the decorative label punch. The black piece is leftover from the die cuts labels. The twine and flower are a nice touch without overdoing it.
