6 Fabulous Grateful Bunch Bundle Swaps!

Here's a few more fabulous Grateful Bunch Bundle Swaps I received from a few events I've attended lately...Stamp Share for Leaders Shoebox, DOstamperSTARS Shoebox swap and more! I think you're gonna love 'em!

I enjoyed making Lisa's card at a shoebox swap event in January. It was surprisingly quick to make as it only uses one ink color - Basic Black. The cardstock adds the color!

I received this sweet Thank You card from my friend Susan Campfield! It features a quick and easy "lapel fold" with the Sale-a-Bration Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper.

This is my sweet friend Laurie's DOstamperSTARS shoebox swap card. The clever thing about this card is the Sale-a-Bration Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper - it just folds over at the top to reveal the back side...no need for choosing which side to use - use both!!

Here's a clever fun fold card shared by DOstamperSTAR Robin Anderson. We had a super fun STARS Virtual PJ Party last night and she shared this card with us.

Half-Flap Fun Fold Card Details

Card Base = 4 1/4" x 11" (score at 5 1/2" for the fold, then cut 2-1/8" off the top of the front of card)
Designer Series Paper of your choice = 2" x 5 1/4" (panel outside of the half-flap)
Whisper White = 4" x 5 1/4" panel (for inside card)

Wildflower Fields Herringbone & Grateful Bunch Bundle

You might recognize today's card, as it's basically the same layout as the Grateful Bunch Bundle card I shared here. I just turned it on it's side for a totally different look. Of course, the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper Herringbone Technique feature adds a fun twist too.

Quick Tips for Herringbone Technique:

Fully cover a 4" x 2" piece of white cardstock with SNAIL Adhesive
Cut strips of Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper (free Sale-a-Bration choice) into varying widths (1/4" to 1/2")
Adhere one strip going diagonally left to right, then add strips in the other direction connecting to that strip
Continue until you've filled the entire panel
Trim off excess from the edges as you go
Adhere completed panel to 4-1/4" x 2-1/4" piece of Basic Black cardstock

NOTE: each of these videos feature a different adhesive. I've now found that our SNAIL adhesive works just fine (as this adhesive was reformulated a couple of years ago and is much stronger). You could also use Fast Fuse Adhesive [129026]

Large Grateful Bunch Flower Details:

Stamp large flower with Archival Basic Black Ink
Color with Hello Honey ink using a Blender Pen or even a sponge would do.
Fussy cut out.
Attach White Perfect Accent to a 1/2" circle of Basic Black cardstock, then adhere to the flower center with a Glue Dot.

DOstamperSTARS Challenge #170: Sprinkes of Life meets Birthday Bouquet

It's time for another DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge. This week we're having a "Home Sweet Home" challenge.

What a fun photo inspiration we have for you this week! I honed in on the confetti cupcake balloon using the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper. In addition, I pulled out the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and matching Tree Builder punch and started to play!

Cupcake Details:

Use Memento Tuxedo Black Ink & Sprinkles of Life stamp set
Stamp cupcake liner image onto Mint Macaron polka dot pattern from Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper. Fussy cut out.
Stamp frosting image onto Blushing Bride cardstock. Punch with Tree Builder Punch, and sponge with Watermelon Wonder ink.
Stamp cherry (I know...it's an apple, but lets pretend) onto Watermelon Wonder ink and punch with Tree Builder Punch
Stamp greeting image onto Whisper White Thick cardstock
Stamp banner image (from Number of Years Bundle) over the greeting from previous step. Die cut with banner die from Large Numbers Framelits

Medallion Details:

Die cut Circle Framelit from Pool Party cardstock (#5 from center)
Layer Pool Party circle onto 2-1/2" Circle punched from Whisper White
Adhere to die cut confetti pattern Circle Framelit from Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper (#7 from center) with Stampin' Dimensionals
Assemble cupcake & banner on center of medallion (cupcake is adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals, cherry and banner with Glue Dots)

With some of the leftover paper, I brought a little fun to the inside of the card...cute, huh?

Totally Awesome: Grateful Bunch meets Wildflower Fields Designer Paper

I realized that I never shared my Control Freaks swap card from the Occasions Catalog Swap. One of my favorite bundles from the Occasions Catalog is the Grateful Bunch Bundle. The bundle includes the Grateful Bunch Stamp Set and the coordinating punch, Blossom Bunch.

After I selected a pattern from the free Sale-a-Bration choice, Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper...the color choice was clear...Blackberry Bliss. Truly my favorite color from the soon-to-be-retiring 2014-2016 In Color Collection.

Dawn's Card Measurements

5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Blackberry Bliss card base
4" x 5-1/4" Blackberry Bliss panel
4-1/4" x 2-1/4" Whisper White
4" x 2" Whisper White
2-1/2" x 2" Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper
1/2" x 2" Blackberry Bliss
scrap of Blackberry Bliss (circle from Owl Builder Punch)
3" x 3" Whisper White for flower

Flower Details:

Stamp flower (from triple flower image) with Blackberry Bliss, then use a Blender Pen to quickly move the color around.
Punch with coordinating Blossom Bunch Punch.
Adhere a White Perfect Accent to a circle punched with the Owl Builder Punch, then adhere with Glue Dot to flower center.
Cute, huh?

One last detail - if you look closely, I stamped the leaf image on the Blackberry Bliss panel with Versamark ink. It adds a nice subtle detail to the card.

Sharing Six Birthday Blossom Swaps

I've got some more Birthday Blossom and Pansy Punch inspiration for you! These are swaps I received last year from various events last summer...Stampin' Up! Convention, Control Freak swap and more!.

I've got two favorites this time. This one is Denise Jorgensen's. I like the way she created clever little pocket for a tag or bookmark.

The second one is Julie Davison's swap. I like her color choices and layout.
