Before I get started...I've been receiving a lot questions about the 2014-2016 In Colors that will be retiring soon.
The official retired date is May 31st. Having said that, in past years they have run out of various In Color products prior to the end date (they are "while supplies last"). My favorite Perfect Pairings card was created by my friend, Patsy Waggoner. I received her clever congrats card in a swap from earlier this year. The tassel shape is from the Balloon Framelits. I immediately fell in love with it and knew I'd be showcasing it at my March Stamping Club. They all loved it!
