- Cut five strips of pattern paper to 3/4" x 4-1/4". Arrange and adhere to 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" Whisper White cardstock.
- Wrap Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack* (Silver) around panel and tie in a knot.
- Adhere panel to folded 4-1/4" x 11" Smokey Slate card base.
- Attached yellow half circle sticker to card. Attach heart and U (trim off top portion of one of the zeros)
- Attached Rhinestone to heart.
