Control Freaks Blog Tour: NEW Delightful Daisy Suite!

Welcome to the Control Freaks May 2017. We are thrilled to have you join us on the 20th of each month. Our tour features some of your favorite Control Freaks Stampers sharing projects made with Stampin' Up! products. In fact, you may have just come from Cindy Elam's blog.
Our theme for this month is: New Annual Catalog Sneak Peeks!
Delightful Daisy Suite
I chose to focus on the the new Delightful Daisy Suite of products!
- Daisy Delight Stamp Set [143669]
- Daisy Punch [143713]
- OR Daisy Delight Bundle [145361]
- Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper [144137]
Both cards feature a quick & cute "color-block" layout. However, they both look completely different. That's because the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper incorporates a variety of colors and designs.
Delightful Daisy card - Calypso Coral & Tranquil Tide
- Adhere (3) Delightful Daisy DSP pieces ( 5-1/4" x 1-5/8", 2-1/4" x 2", 2-1/4" x 3-1/8") on folded 11" x 4-1/4" Thick Whisper White card base.
- Stamp (2) daisies with Coral Calypso ink on Coral Calypso scraps. Cut out with Daisy Punch and adhere to together, then to card with Glue Dots.
- Stamp (2) leaves with new Tranquil Tide ink on white scraps. Blend color around with Aqua Painter. Fussy cut out and adhere with glue dots.
- Stamp greeting with Tranquil Tide Ink and place Gold Faceted Gem in center of flower.
Delightful Daisy card - Night of Navy & Daffodil Delight
- Adhere (2) Delightful Daisy DSP (1-3/4" x 3", 1-3/4 square) pieces & a 1-3/4" square Daffodil Delight piece on folded 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then adhere to folded 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Night of Navy card base.
- Stamp greetings with Night of Navy ink.
- Stamp (2) daisies with Night of Navy ink on white scraps. Cut out with Daisy Punch. Blend color around just in the center area of the flowers with an Aqua Painter. Adhere to together with Glue Dots. Place Gold Faceted Gem in center of flower.
- Fold in half a 6" piece of Crushed Curry 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon. Adhere to back of flower, then adhere flower to card with Glue Dots.
