DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge #233: Summer Cool Treats Punch Art!

It's time for another DOstamperSTARS Thursday Challenge. This week we're having a "Home Sweet Home" challenge.
Summer is not quite here, but today's photo inspiration reminds me of hot summer days! Another thing that reminds me of hot summer days is, the 4th of July. You'll be surprised to see how the popsicles were created. Check it out...
Summer Cool Treats card
- Tear a 3-5/8" wide piece of Whisper White cardstock to approximately 3" tall.
- Create Tempting Turquoise & Real Red "popsicles" with the new Pretty Label Punch. Trim off the top and bottom edges to create the icicle, then cut off the bottom of the icicle to whatever length you want. Use the Classic Label Punch to create Crumb Cake "sticks". Round off one of the edges. Adhere to underside of icicles.
- Lay the popsicles on the torn white piece for placement of the words. Stamp "You're" (Cool Treat stamp set) with Night of Navy ink. Using the Labeler Alphabet stamp set, stamp "the" with Night of Navy ink, "bomb" with Real Red ink, and stars with Tempting Turquoise ink.
- Adhere to 3-5/8" x 4-7/8" piece of Night of Navy, then to 3-7/8" x 5" piece of Silver Foil, then to folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base.
- Adhere popsicles to card - for the top one use Stampin' Dimensionals.
Another thing that reminds me of hot summer days is...the 4th of July. Though, this Summer Cool Treats card would also be a fun summer birthday card! Be sure to add the new Pretty Label Punch to your shopping list for June 1st (noon MT).
