Moon Baby Shower Thank You Notes

Today I'm sharing a gift idea using the Moon Baby Stamp Set.
All the joy of babies, but without the sleepless nights! These nursery-themed stamps will put a little twinkle in your eye. It's also great for thank you cards!
Recently I attended a baby shower for my niece, Kelly. One of the things I like to add to shower gifts is a set of thank you cards.
- use Stampin' Up!' Note Cards & Envelopes (set of 20)
- package them up with postage stamps
- invite the mother-to-be to pass the envelopes around the room so everyone can write their name & address on it.
- she's all set to add her personal note and send them off in the mail.
Stamp with Basic Black Archival ink, then use Aqua Painter to watercolor with Melon Mambo ink.
- After watercoloring the image...It felt like it was missing something, so I added a "swish" of color to "anchor" the bottom of the card.
- I also came back with a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush and added glitter to the umbrella and swish.
- Wrapped everything up in a Cello Bag and tie off with the gorgeous Powder Pink Shimmer Ribbon!
I gave this sweet set of Moon Baby Thank You cards to my cousin, Kelly. She's gonna be a great mom!
So don't forget to take a second look at some stamp sets. At first glance at the Moon Baby stamp set, I didn't think I needed it. As I don't have babies anymore. But...it is so darn cute, I ended up getting it for these type of occasions. I'm sure glad I did!
