Trim Your Stockings With This Darling Stocking Pillow Box

If you haven't tried the Trim Your Stockings Thinlit Dies yet, you're missing out! This absolutely darling die set is a must-have. It's filled with lots of holiday images and is designed to create two styles of pillow boxes too. One is a traditional pillow box and the other is a Stocking Pillow Box.
Last night was my local stamping club and the club members couldn't stop stop talking about it. It's easier to assemble then you might think. And once you have the completed Stocking Pillow Box in your hands - you'll be in love too!
Trim Your Stocking Thinlits Tips from Dawn:
- Decorate the stocking shape before assembling.
- Use lots of adhesive, as the final shape will pillow out and you don't want your cute decorations to fall off.
- Tear & Tape is a must (as shown in the video). Then burnish edges with a Bone Folder
Below you'll find a video by Stampin' Up! sharing tips and tricks for putting the pillow box together. Note: They do recommend the precision plate. However, I found, for my Big Shot, it wasn't necessary. I suggest playing around with scrap paper first to determine what your Big Shot will require.
