Wild About You: Pieces & Patterns Valentine's Day Card

When you're looking at your stamps, try looking at them "outside-the-box". The Pieces & Pattern greeting is perfect for Valentine's Day. When you pair it with the dinosaur image, you've got a fun card for either the big or little man in your life
How'd She DO That tips for Wild About You card:
- Stamps: Pieces & Patterns
- Paper:
- Soft Suede (4-1/4" x 11" card base)
- Watercolor Paper (4" x 5-1/4", 1" x 4-1/4" and scrap)
- Basic Black (4-1/4" strip for punching)
- Ink: Basic Black Archival
- Stampin' Write Markers: Soft Suede, Basic Gray, Pool Party & Wild Wasabi
- Other: Decorative Ribbon Border Punch, Heart & Stars Elements, Embossing Paste, Palette Knives, Pattern Party Decorative Masks, Aqua Painter, Washi Tape (or masking tape), Grid Paper, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals & Glue Dots
- Tips:
- create a "masked" edge: apply Washi Tape 1/4" from the edge of Watercolor Paper (eue Grid Paper for perfect alignment)
- use "smoosh technique" to color: water down watercolor paper with aqua painter. Scribble color on plastic baggie using markers, then smoosh it onto the paper.
- after dry, use "cloud" mask and embossing paste to create clouds
- scallop edge is created with the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch
