How'd She DO That? tips Birthday Hats card:
- Stamps: Broadway Birthday
- Paper:
- Lovely Lipstick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic Black (scraps)
- Broadway Bound Specialty Designer Series Paper (2" x 5-1/2" striped patterns, scraps for hats)
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
- Other: Darling Label Punch Box, Black 1/2" Satin Ribbon, Metallic Pearls & Stampin' Dimensionals
- Tip:
- Cut three "hats" from DSP using Darling Label Punch
- Use Darling Label Punch to cut three pieces of black cardstock. Cut each piece in half and adhere to top & bottom of hat cutouts.
