Sale-a-Bration Home to Roost Double Z Fun Fold Card

Today I'm sharing...a Double Z Fun Fold card featuring the Sale-a-Bration Home to Roost stamp (FREE with $50 order).
How'd She DO That? Double Z Rooster card:
- Stamps: Home to Roost (FREE Sale-a-Bration $50 Level)
- Paper:
- Mango Melody (5-1/2" x 8-1/2" card base, score at 4-1/4")
- Real Red (1-1/2" x 8-1/2" score at 4-1/4" and 6-3/8")
- Watercolor Paper (2-5/8" stitched square)
- Shaded Spruce (2-3/4" square)
- Blackberry Bliss (3" scallop square)
- Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper (5-1/4" x 4", 5-1/2" x 1-7/8") FREE Sale-a-Bration $50 Level)
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Real Red, Mango Melody, Shaded Spruce, Blackberry Bliss, Sahara Sand
- Other: Big Shot, Layering Square Framelit Dies, Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies, Aqua Painter, Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- For Watercoloring:
- Stamp Rooster on Watercolor Paper and watercolor while you make the card.
- This way each color layer is completely dry before another layer of color.
- Start with the lightest and worked up to the darkest color.
- For Double Z card:
- Score and fold Mango Melody card base, and then adhere Designer Series Paper (as shown)
- Score and fold Real Red strip. Adhere smallest area of the strip to the right edge of the card.
- Fold strip and card closed at the same time, and then adhere left edge of strip to left edge of card.
The Double Z Fold card is one of those Fun Folds that's quick and easy to do. Also easy to get addicted to, as you'll want to create a variety of cards with it.
