Stamping with the STARS #321: Woven Threads Designer Series Paper

The DOstamperSTARS are excited to bring you another Inspiration Hop #DOswts321. This week we're showcasing Designer Series Paper.
I chose the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper. It gives the look of woven rugs and textured fabric with printed variations and irregularities for an authentic feel. Plus, it coordinates will all of our 2019-2021 In Colors!
The card comes together quick and easy. See below for measurements, as well as a ribbon tip.
How'd She DO That? Woven Threads QC card
- Stamps: Woven Heirlooms
- Paper:
- Rococo Rose (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Seaside Spray (1-7/8" x 5-1/2")
- Sahara Sand (1" x 3-1/2")
- Woven Threads Designer Series Paper (1-3/4" x 5-1/2")
- Ink: Pretty Peacock
- Other: Sahara Sand 5/8" Woven Threads Trim, Woven Threads Sequin Assortment, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Fine-Tip Glue Pen, SNAIL & Stampin' Dimensionals
I really like the look of the Sahara Sand 5/8" Woven Threads Trim transformed into tassels. It was easy to do - see my tips below.
DOstamping Tips:
- Stamp sentiment on Sahara Sand piece, then cut end into banner shape. Place a strip of Tear & Tape on backside of banner.
- Gently remove the "tassel" thread from 3" of the Sahara Sand 5/8" Woven Threads Trim. Adhere to backside of banner (on the Tear & Tape). Then adhere banner to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Adhere sequins to card using Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
