I pulled out the Sale-a-Bration Happy Birthday to You stamp set (FREE with $50 order). I have to admit, when this stamp set came out, I was a little disappointed there wasn't any coordinating dies - especially for the flowers.
But now with the NEW Birthday Dies that was released earlier this month, part of the Coordination Product Release...I'm a happy stamper! I thought it would be perfect for today's Your Creative Connection theme: Fresh from the Garden.
How'd She DO That? Happy Birthday To You card
- Stamps: Happy Birthday to You (FREE with qualifying order during Sale-a-Bration)
- Paper:
- Rich Razzleberry (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Whisper White (3" x 5-1/2", scraps for two sets of floral die cuts)
- Crumb Cake (4-1/2" x 5-1/2")
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Rococo Rose, Rich Razzleberry, Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive
- Other: Birthday Dies (while supplies last), Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush, Metallic Pearls, SNAIL & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tip:
- Stamp the birthday cake twice on scraps of Whisper White. Die cut flowers with coordinating die.
- One of my favorite coloring tools is Stampin' Up!'s Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush! I used it to color all of the flowers/leaves.
- Use Rococo Rose & Rich Razzleberry for the flowers, and Pear Pizzazz & Old Olive for the leaves.
