Stamping with the STARS #352: Sketch with Tis the Season

The DOstamperSTARS are excited to bring you another Stamping with the STARS Inspiration Hop #DOswts352. This week we're sharing a quick & easy sketch with you.
This sketch is perfect for showcasing Designer Series Paper (DSP). I originally had a Poinsettia Place DSP card all ready to go (it was one of the cards from my DOstamping Club). But that DSP is now sold out.
So I reached for another paper pack and chose the soon-to-be-retired 'Tis The Season 6"x6" Designer Series Paper.
How'd She DO That? Silver Bells card
- Stamps: Poinsettia Petals
- Paper:
- Shaded Spruce (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base and scrap for 1-1/2" circle punch)
- Whisper White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Silver Foil (scrap for JOY die cut)
- 'Tis the Season 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (2-1/2" x 5-1/4")
- Ink: Shaded Spruce
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Joy Dies, Adhesive Sheets, Basic Rhinestone Jewels, Stampin' Seal & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- Mix & match different patterns - there are 24 different patterns to choose from (see patterns below).
- For the "Joy" die cut - adhere a scrap piece of Silver Foil to a piece of Adhesive Sheets (love these). Then die cut, peel and stick!
- Mix & match different jewels and gems too.

- Simplicity meets sophistication in the seasonal designs of the ‘Tis the Season 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. Subtle visual texture adds even more interest.
- Coordinating colors: Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Whisper White
I had some helpers this morning, my grandsons Max (13) and Sam (11).
It's been awhile since they have crafted with me. Partly because they are older and party due to social distancing. There were doing hybrid learning for school, so we had seen them for a while. But with all schools in MN doing long-distance learning for the past few weeks, it's safer to see them.
Max's card is above and Sam's card is below. They did a fabulous job!
It was SO much fun crafting with them - it made my heart happy!
