DOstamping Tips for Online Store Search
I've been hearing from many of you that you are having trouble finding & searching for the items on your shopping list in the new online store. I DO have a solution for you - yay!
There is a search function, but it looks different and is in a different location than our previous store layout.
- If you're shopping on a computer, locate the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner (next to the heart and shopping basket icons)
- Click on the magnifying glass income
- A "search box" will open up below the icons.
- Enter any item number or product name in the box.
- Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the search field or click the "enter" key on your keyboard to start the search.
I think you'll have a better shopping experience when you use the search tips above.
