Stamping with the STARS #368: Blackberry Beauty meets Be Dazzling

Today's sketch was inspired by a card layout found on pg 6 of the Sale-a-Bration Brochure.
Stampin' Up! publications are my favorite way to get inspired. If I'm having trouble getting started stamping, I just have look at all of the creativity shared in any one of our catalogs and away I go.
How'd She DO That? Be Dazzled Blackberry Beauty card
- Stamps: Very Versailles
- Paper:
- Early Espresso (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Very Vanilla (3-1/4" square, 1/2" x 4-1/2" for sentiment punch, 4" x 5-1/4" for inside)
- Be Dazzling 6x6 Specialty Paper (3" x 4-1/4") - FREE Sale-a-Bration choice with $50 order
- Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper (3-1/4" square)
- Ink: Early Espresso
- Other: Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- For the focal point, start with a 3-1/2" square of paper (see cutting suggestion below). I adhered the Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper to the same size of Very Vanilla - to give it more stability.
- Cut 3/4" strips from each end (total of two strips), then cut rest into 1" strips (total of 2 strips).
- Adhere strips to FREE Sale-a-Bration Be Dazzling Specialty Paper with Stampin' Dimensionals. Start with the small "end" strips and fill in with the middle area with the larger strips.
- I'm in need of several "thinking of you" cards and the sentiment from the Very Versailles stamp set is just right.
- The new Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backers Dots are the perfect finishing touch!
