Today I'm sharing a fun Pocket Card featuring the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper and Cheerful Daisy Dies
How'd She DO That? Countryside Inn Pocket card
- Stamps/Bundles: Countryside Corners Bundle (includes dies)
- Paper:
- Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper (4" x 12 score at 3-1/4" & 8-3/4")
- Boho Blue (4-1/4" x 5-1/2" and scrap for flower center die cut)
- Basic White (4" x 5" die cut 2nd largest die cut, scrap for triple flower die cut)
- Ink: Night of Navy
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Cheerful Daisy Dies, Paper Trimmer , Simply Elegant Trim, Stampin' Seal,& Stampin' Dimensionals
My favorite part is, using the Countryside Corners Bundle for the pocket card insert - it's a perfect fit.
- On Boho Blue panel, stamp Countryside Corners image. Cut with largest shape die.
- Die cut Basic White panel with 2nd largest die cut
- Adhere die cuts together and slide into pocket.
DOstamping Tips:
- Score 4" x 12" Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper at 3-1/4" & 8-3/4"
- Place scored DSP in Paper Trimmer (in landscape position). At 6" mark, from the top, cut down 2".
- Flip over DSP piece. Adhere and fold as follows (as shown above):
- add adhesive to bottom edge only of middle section
- fold over left section and add adhesive to edge
- on right section, add adhesive to right inside edge and fold over to create pocket.
- flip over and in 2" cut section, fold outward and down to create collar.
This pocket card is a great way to use up those lovely pattern papers we're hoarding - don't you think?
