Garden Walk Suite: Blessings of Christmas

Before I share today's lovely Christmas card, I wanted to let you know about a couple of things:
- If you reserved a Product Share from me, there have been some backorder issues with several products. Having said that, I've placed several orders when products became available. For other products still not available, I've reached out to my team members who are sharing products with me to get me mostly where I need to be. But for two products, I will be making adjustments on the quantity that you'll receive, but adding similar Online Exclusive products to make up the difference. My original mailing needed to be adjusted to September 22,
- Since unorderable products continue to be an ongoing issues, I will try to keep a list here on my blog posts with those items, along with their ESTIMATED back in stock dates. You'll find this list included below my "DOstamping Supplies" list.
On to today's card....
Last month I went on a crafting retreat that was a lot of fun! My focus for crafting during the retreat was new product from the Sep-Dec 2023 Mini Catalog.
One of the products I brought along was the Garden Walk Suite Collection (162240).
- This suite includes all the coordinating products you need to make floral paper crafts with a modern spin.
- The images in this suite represent flowers from all seasons, so you can create your own season-specific floral cards, think Christmas, Birthday, Wedding and more!
- Combine different images to create a floral bouquet, use the designer paper for scrapbooking, cardmaking, or make your own gift tags.
How'd She DO That? Garden Walk Christmas card
- Stamps/Bundles: Modern Garden Bundle with Punch
- Paper:
- Lost Lagoon (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Basic White (scrap for sentiment punch, 4" x 5-1/4" for inside)
- Garden Green & Poppy Parade (scraps for bough punch)
- Garden Walk Designer Series Paper (3" x 4", 2-3/4" x 3, 3/4" x 4" for inside)
- Ink: Poppy Parade
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Painted Texture Embossing Folder, Pine Bough Punch, Simply Elegant Trim, Blooming Pearls, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- Add texture to front of folded card base with Painted Texture Embossing Folder. Then adhere DSP as shown.
- On white scrap, stamp sentiment and cut out with Modern Garden Punch. Adhere to card with two Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Using Bough Punch, from Garden Green scraps cut two bough shapes and one floral shape. Cut floral shape from Poppy Parade too. Trim off flowers and adhere to Garden Green floral shape with Glue Dots. Then arrange and adhere boughs & flowers under lower left corner of sentiment with Glue Dots (trim ends of bough pieces if necessary).
- Tie a bow into gold trim, adhere with Glue Dot. Attach gold Blooming Pearl just below bow.
- Adhere strip of DSP to large white panel and then adhere inside card.
