Today's project is easy to create with the Stars at Night Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies.
This is one of the project packs my DOstamping@Home Club members received this month. All of the supplies are included to make this card, including the embossed vellum and star die cut.
The layout is simple and balanced, which makes the card easy to read and pleasing to the eye. The textured embossed Vellum is just stunning, wihcih invites the receiver of this card to touch it to get all of the good feels!
How'd She DO That? STARS at Night Vellum Embossed card
- Stamps/Bundles: Stars at Night Bundle (includes hybrid embossing folder & dies)
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick (5-1/2" x 8-1/2" card base)
- Vellum (3-7/8" x 5-1/8" - add texture with embossing folder)
- Night of Navy (1/2" 3-3/4")
- Basic White (3/8" x 4-1/2" for sentiment)
- More Dazzle Specialty Paper (2" x 3" for star die cut)
- O Holy Night Designer Series Paper (4" x 5-1/4")
- Ink: Night of Navy
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Festive Pearls, Stampin' Seal, Mini Glue Dots Stampin' Dimensionals
- To adhere textured Vellum to DSP panel - use strategically Mini Glue Dots under where the sentiment will land, also center of stars.
- Assemble sentiment and star die cut as shown in the photo.
- Attach pearls to center of a few stars to enhance the card without overpowering it.
