Online Exclusive Magnolia Mood Meets Nature's Sweetness!

Today I'm sharing quick & easy card that features the Online Exclusive Magnolia Mood Bundle.
This gorgeous bundle allows you to create magnolias so beautiful you can almost smell them. But what makes this card really "bloom" is the Nature's Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper used to create the magnolia die cut! See tips below.
How'd She DO That? Magnolia Mood Birthday card
- Stamps/Bundles: Magnolia Mood Bundle (includes dies)
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic Black (1/2" x 5-1/4" )
- Bubble Bath (5/8" x 5-1/2")
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Nature's Sweetness Specialty Designer Series Paper (4" x 4-3/4") - carryover
- Adhesive Sheets (2-1/2" x 3")
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Bubble Bath
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Small Blending Brushes, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Magnolia Die Cut Tips:
- I chose the "gold foil grid on white" pattern from the Nature's Sweetness Designer Series Paper - 4" x 4-3/4". This gives the flower a lot more dimension.
- Attach the 2-1/2" x 3" piece of Adhesive Sheet to the backside of the DSP - in the center. I didn't cover the whole piece, because I wanted a bit of the leafy edges to be left loose to give it some dimension. Place the detailed flower die in the center and die cut.
- Use a Small Blending Brush to add color to the flower and two buds. Add additional ink to the center of the large flower.
For the ribbon - I cut a length of ribbon in half (down the center), as I wanted something a little thinner for the bow.
