Textured Notes Bundle with Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder

Today I'm sharing a card made with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder and Texture Notes Bundle (Online Exclusives)

I had fun playing with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. Be sure to check out my DOstamping Tips.

How'd She DO That? Seriously the Best card

Stamps/Bundles: Texture Notes Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Thick Basic White 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Crumb Cake (1-3/4" x 4" - see note in tips below)
- Basic White (3-1/2" x 4-3/4", scrap for sentiment)
- Pecan Pie (3-3/4" x 5")
Ink: Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, Tuxedo Black Memento
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, Linen Thread, Neutral Matte Dots, Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

On the white panel, stamp Texture Notes stamp set images where shown:
- basket weave circle = Crumb Cake
- large leaves = Pecan Pie (stamp a 2nd time without reinking)
- small leaves = Early Espresso (stamp a 2nd time without reinking)
Add texture to crumb cake piece with Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. Then trim to 4".
- To add ink to ridges, I used the basket weave circle inked with Crumb Cake and lightly swiped it over the ridges. Then adhered to bottom of stamped panel.
On white scrap, stamp sentiment with black ink and die cut with the long skinny label. Adhere to top of corrugated panel.
Wrap thread twice around completed panel and tie into a bow. Adhere to Pecan Pie panel and then to folded card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Finish off with Neutral Matte Dots.

Easy Faith Collection Bundle Card!

Today I'm sharing an easy Online Exclusives Faith Collection Bundle card.

I'm part of a card ministry group. We met this past Saturday to make 100+ cards with an encouragement theme. This was one of the designs I came up with using the Faith Collection Bundle and the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper from the current Scrapbooking Brochure.

This beautiful Designer Series Paper has textured looking patterns of florals, ginghams, polka dots, and more. It looks stunning in the Gray Granite, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Pecan Pie, Pretty Peacock, Wild Wheat color palette.

How'd She DO That? Faith Cross card

Stamps/Bundles: Faith Collection Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Wild Wheat (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base, scrap for cross die cut)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper (2-3/8" x 4")
Ink: Pretty Peacock
Other: Boho Blue Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Before adhering the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the white panel, stamp the sentiment near the right edge.
- I love there are lighter horizontal stripes that are a natural area for stamping sentiments.
Then adhere stamped DSP to white panel about 3/8" up from bottom edge.
Adhere cross die cut to card with Stampin' Dimensionals, then add a large Rhinestone Basic Jewel to center.
I was able to get 13 card from one sheet of (DSP).

Easy Ombre with Textured Notes Bundle

Today I'm sharing card made with the Online Exclusive Textured Notes Bundle.

This suite has a neutral color palette to allow the botanical textures to be the star of the show.
Use the textured stamps to add subtle sophistication to your card making designs, the dies to make photo backgrounds for scrapbooking spreads, the paper for interesting treat packaging, and so much more!

How'd She DO That? Easy Ombre Thank You card

Stamps/Bundles: Textured Notes Bundle - includes dies (rectangle sizes range from 3/4" x 2-1/4" to 3-7/8" x 5-1/4")
Paper:
- Smoky Slate (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", three 2" x 3-1/2", scrap for 1-3/4" circle punch)
- Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper (4" x 5-1/4")
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Basic Gray
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, 1-3/4" Circle Punch, White 1/4" Ribbon, Neutral Matte Dots, Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

To get the ombre look on the focal point:
- stamp one of the 2" x 3-1/2" pieces with black ink
- stamp 2nd piece with Basic Gray ink
- stamp 3rd one without reinking (from the 2nd piece)
Die cut all three pieces with 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" Textures Notes Die. Adhere darkest and lightest pieces to DSP where shown.
Wrap White 1/4" Ribbon around entire panel and tie into a bow on left side (love this ribbon). Then adhere 3rd stamped piece with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on 1-3/4" white circle with black ink and adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals on left edge.
Finish off with Neutral Matte Dots.

Use Bee Builder Punch to Make Cute Birds!

Today I'm sharing a fun Bird Punch Art card made with the Bee Builder Punch.

I used the new Beautiful Bokeh 6x6 Designer Series Paper, as several sheets both sides coordinated nicely together to make the birds.

How'd She DO That? Bee Builder Birds card

Stamps/Bundles: Beautiful Butterflies Bundle (includes dies)
Paper:
- Balmy Blue (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", scrap for sentiment label die cut)
- Daffodil Delight (3-1/4" x 4")
- Beautiful Bokeh 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (3" x 4", scraps for 2 birds)
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
Stampin' Write Markers: Basic Black
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Bee Builder Punch, Paper Snips, Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Use Bee Builder Punch to cut a bee body and small heart from Beautiful Bokeh 6x6 Designer Series Paper.
Use Paper Snips to cut 1/2" off the body, at a slight angle (as shown above).
Use Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to color "beak" and draw an eye.
Flip over the 1/2" piece and adhere to the body as shown. Then use glue dot to adhere the small heart for the tail.
Arrange the birds onto the DSP panel. Use the marker to draw long legs/feet. Then adhere birds with Stampin' Dimensionals.

How cute is this...SO CUTE! Plus, lots of fun to make!

Floral Delight Suite: Easy Happy Birthday Card

Today I'm sharing an simple, but cute Floral Delight Suite Happy Birthday card. You could make a handful of these to keep on hand.

Whenever I'm first playing with a new stamp set, I like to start out with a quick & cute card to get a feel for the stamp set images and how they work together. This was the first card I made with the Floral Delight Suite (back in January)...and I'm still lovin' it!

How'd She DO That? Happy Birthday card

DOstamping Tips:

I recommend practicing stamping the floral sprig for alignment. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love it!

NEW Lovely Garden Suite: Decorative Masks!

Today I'm sharing a colorful card featuring the NEW Online Exclusive Lovely Garden Suite!

I didn't think I needed another floral set. But as the Thankful Garden Bundle also comes with decorative masks, that will make TWO flowers, I thought I would give it a try. And now I'm in love!! See supplies, measurements and tips below.

How'd She DO That? Thankful card

Stamps/Bundles: Thankful Garden Bundle (includes stamp, dies and masks)
Paper:
- Fresh Freesia (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", 3-1/2" x 5" for flower, scrap for 1-1/4" x 2-3/4" Textures Notes die cut)
- Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper (1-3/4" x 4")
Ink: Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape, Garden Green, Tuxedo Black Memento
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Fresh Freesia 1/8" Faux Velvet Ribbon, Starburst Sequins, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

When I use a Decorative Mask, I like to start by "anchoring" my cardstock by using a small amount of adhesive in two places to temporarily adhere it to my grid paper (scratch paper). NOTE: I first rub my finger over the adhesive to remove some of the stickiness.
Place the first mask onto the cardstock (they are numbered). Use a pencil to mark the notch (located next to the number). Use washi tape or small sticky notes to secure mask to the grid paper. Then with a Blending Brush, add Fresh Freesia ink over mask.
For the 2nd mask, match up the notch with the mark and add sticky notes. Then with a Blending Brush, add Highland Heather ink over mask.
- mask 3 = Gorgeous Grape ink
- mask 4 = Garden Green ink - press lightly
- mask 5 = Garden Green ink - ink up brush with lots of ink for a darker shade
Then stamp the coordinating line image flower with black ink. This is optional, but I liked the look.

Floral Delight Suite: All the Best!

Today I'm sharing a bright & cheery card featuring the Floral Delight Suite Collection.

How'd She DO That? All The Best card

Stamps/Bundles: Delightful Wishes Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Daffodil Delight (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (3-3/ 4” x 5”, ½” x 2” for sentiment, scrap for 4 leaves)
- Pecan Pie (scrap for branch die cut)
- Lemon Lolly (2” x 3”
- Floral Delight Designer Series Paper (1" x 4")
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pecan Pie
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Paper Snips, Daffodil Delight ⅛” Satin Ribbon, Tiny Bee Trinkets, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Die cut detailed flowers into white panel near the lower left corner as shown above.
Trim right edge of DSP at an angle. Adhere to white panel and then to folded card base.
On Lemon Lolly, stamp detailed forsythia flower image with Daffodil Delight and die cut. Assemble and adhere flowers (Mini Stampin' Dimensionals) and branch to card (liquid glue).
On white scrap, stamp double leaf image 4 times and die cut. Cut one into two leaves and adhere under flowers with liquid glue as shown.

This bright & cheery card could be used for several different occasions; birthday, best of luck, future success, thank you, etc.

Mixed Media Florals Suite: Tunnel Fun Fold Card

Today I'm sharing a Tunnel Fun Fold card featuring the Mixed Media Florals Suite.

How'd She DO That? Tunnel Fun Fold card

Stamps: Mixed Florals, Mixed Labels
Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (4” x 5-1/4”, 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” for inside tunnel score at 2-1/8”,4-1/4” & 6-3/8”)
- Mixed Media Florals Designer Series Paper (two of 5/8” x 4” in two patterns)
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Country Corners Dies, Baker’s Twine Three Color Pack , Low Profile Dots, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots

This is call a Tunnel Fun Fold card because when you open the card, there in a "window tunnel" that you look through to an image inside.

DOstamping Tips:

Use a pencil to lightly mark the center line (4-1/4”) on the white thick card base. Stamp large tulip image on the center line. Then erase pencil mark and score in half at 4-1/4”. Color small flowers with marker.
Lay scored tunnel 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” piece flat and die cut center area with the 2^nd largest Country Corners Die. Fold on score lines (valley, mountain, valley).
Cut 1 of each DSP pattern in half at 2”. Adhere them to right and left bottom corners of tunnel piece.
Refold tunnel piece (into 2-1/8" x 5-1/2") and add adhesive to front and back sides. Adhere left side to inside left side to card base. With tunnel still folded, fold over right side of card base to adhere together.
Reopen to see the completed tunnel.

On white panel, stamp ladybug & large daisy flowers all the way to the right edge, leaving room for the sentiment, with black ink.
Color small flowers and ladybug with Stampin' Write Marker.
Adhere DSP strips to bottom of panel.
Stamp sentiment where shown and adhere stamped panel to card front.
Tie a bow into twine and adhere to small flower. Attach Low Profile Dots where shown.
