What do you get with 5 restaurant coasters, a bit of ribbon, Designer Paper and some punches? Well - a cute coaster gift box (or pencil holder).
These are 4x4 medium weight coasters. Add Berry Bliss Designer Paper with Stampin' Up!'s Glue Stick (my favorite adhesive for chipboard) and sand the edges with a sanding block. Use the Crop-a-Dile to punch holes in the chipboard. Then thread with Pretty in Pink Grosgrain Ribbon.
Here's a close up of the focal point on the box. It uses the 5 Petal and Boho Blossom Punches. Add a brad from the Soft Subtles Collection and it makes for a cute flower. The corners are punched with the Ticket Corner Punch and paper piercing is added using tools from the Crafters' Tool Kit.
OK, OK - you want to know where to get those coasters. I purchased these last year through a bulk buy on Splitcoaststampers. So I did a little surfing and found this site (recommended by other SCSer's): www.craftersalley.com (look in accessories).
