Today I'm sharing an Unbounded Beauty card that features a Quick & Easy Corner Fold.

How'd She DO That? Unbounded Beauty Corner Fold card

Stamps/Bundles: Unbounded Love
Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Summer Splash (scrap for foliage die cut)
- Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper (4" x 5-1/4")
Ink: Summer Splash
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Flowers of Beauty Pretty in Pink 3/8" Bordered Ribbon, 2024-2026 In Color Resin Dots, Stampin' Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

For placement of the Corner Fold:
- mark 2" down from the right top side of Unbounded Beauty Designer Series Paper (DSP).
- Draw a line or score from the 2" mark up towards the left top point and fold. Use one Stampin' Dimensional to "anchor" down the corner.
Place folded DSP onto folded card base (do not adhere yet). Stamp sentiment onto card at the same angle as the DSP.
Adhere DSP to card and add finishing touches as shown.

Stamping with the STARS #413: Embossing Folder Sanding Technique

The DOstamperSTARS are excited to bring you another Stamping with the STARS Inspiration Hop #DOswts413. This week we're happy to share Embossing Folder Inspiration with you.

I wanted to share some sort of embossing folder technique for my card today. What came to mind is sanding pattern paper. Our Designer Series Paper has a white center. Making it a the perfect choice for this technique, letting the white core come through.

Surprisingly, I choose the Bright & Beautiful 6x6 Designer Series Paper. The patterns, on what I call the "back side" are full of excellent choices for this type of card. I paired it with the beautiful Elegant Eucalyptus 3D Embossing Folder. In addition, I totally CASEd (copy and share everything) the layout from a card found on page 102 of the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog (a great place for inspiration).

How'd She DO That? Elegant Eucalyptus card

Stamps: Textured Floral Bundle (includes dies)
Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base score & fold at 4-1/4”)
- Fresh Freesia (3-1/2” x 5-1/2”, 7/8"x 4-1/2" sentiment)
- Berry Burst (scrap for two sprig die cuts)
- Bright & Beautiful 6x6 Designer Series Paper (3" x 5-1/2") 15% off in June
Ink: Berry Burst
Other: Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Elegant Eucalyptus Embossing Folder, Take Your Pick, Adhesive Backed Sequins Trio, Sweet Sorbet 1/8" Metallic Woven Ribbon, Seal & Stampin' Dimensionals (fine grit sanding block)

DOstamping Tips:

Use Elegant Eucalyptus 3D Embossing Folder to add texture to 3" x 5-1/2" Designer Series Paper (DSP).
- Place the DSP into the folder with the pattern you want to use face up.
- These folders work great with the Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
- Be sure to use plate 1 & 3.
Remove DSP from folder and sand the raised images. Use a crafting sanding block or fine grit sand paper.
- I recommend starting with gentle pressure, then increase pressure as needed.

Penguin Place Bundle Day #4: Snowman Punch Art

How'd She DO That? Penguin Builder Snowman Punch Art

Stamps/Bundles: Penguin Place (Bundle & Save 10% with Penguin Builder Punch)
Paper:
- Real Red (5-1/4" x 5-1/2" card base; score at 4-1/4" - when folded it will be 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"), scrap for 2" Circle Punch
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4" for inside, scraps for scarf and punching penguin body)
- Garden Green (scrap for 2-1/4" Layering Scallop Circle die)
- Basic Black & Pumpkin Pie (scraps for hat & nose)
- Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper (DSP) (3/4" x 5-1/4", 4" x 5-1/4")
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Real Red (scarf)
Other: Penguin Builder Punch, Gold Holly Leaves, Red Rhinestones, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Layering Circle Dies, 2" Circle Punch, Stampin' Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Create snowman punch art:
- Punch large penguin body from white scrap.
- Stamp eyes and buttons with black ink (only ink one of the eyes/circles for stamping wherever you want).
- Stamp scarf with Real Red ink on white scrap. Fussy cut. Also cut a carrot nose from Pumpkin Pie scrap. Adhere both to snowman.
- To cut hat - insert a the flat edge of a scrap of black cardstock into top of punch, about 1/2" down into the large penguin body. Then punch to get hat with brim and adhere to snowman. (see photo below)
- Adhere Gold Holly Leaf (love these leaves, they are soft and flat) and red rhinestones.

How'd She DO That? Diamond Cut card

Stamps/Bundles: Plentiful Plants
Paper:
- Thick Basic White (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base; scrap for Tasteful Labels Dies)
- Gray Granite (4" x 5-1/4")
- Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper (DSP) (3-3/4" x 5)
Ink: Just Jade
Other: Paper Trimmer, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Tasteful Label Dies, Just Jade & Gold 3/8" Braided Ribbon, Genial Gems Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Cut (3-3/4" x 5) DSP into 4 triangle pieces by cutting diagonally (corner to corner) both ways.
- Cut once diagonally from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Piece both pieces back together, then turn and cut diagonally again in the other direction.
Adhere all 4 pieces to Gray Granite panel.
