Tower Fun Fold Card with Take to the Sky Suite!

Oh my gosh - I'm super excited to share this fun and easy Tower Fun Fold Card with you today.
It's made with products from the Take to the Sky Suite. Originally I made it for my husband for Father's Day (as you might guess). But...the "You Always Lift Me Up" sentiment will fit as well.
How'd She DO That? Take to the Sky Tower Fun Fold card
- Stamps/Bundles: Adventurous Sky Bundle - includes dies
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick ( 5-1/2” x 10” card base - see DOstamping Tips for scoring/folding)
- Boho Blue (1-1/4” x 1-5/8” for sentiment)
- Basic White (scrap for plane stamping/coloring/die cutting)
- Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper (DSP) (1-3/8” x 5-3/8” – 2 cloud patterns, 1-3/8” x 5-3/8” – copper clay pattern, 1-1/4” x 5-3/8” – cloud pattern (for inside of card)
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
- Stampin' Blends: Copper Clay, Smoky Slate
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Simply Scored, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- Create tower fold by scoring 5-1/2” x 10” at 4-1/4", 5-3/4", 7-1/4", 8-3/4"
- fold inward on each score line and burnish with bone folder.
- reopen "flat" with largest section on right and smallest section on left.
- fold left side of card, over onto large section. Decorate the (3) left 1-1/2" sections with DSP measuring 1-3/8" x 5-1/4" (copper clay pattern in center). (NOTE: the smallest section is blank)
- reopen card flat with DSP sides facing down on left side. Adhere last DSP piece (1-1/4” x 5-3/8”) to far right edge of card.
- fold left two sections over on 2nd score line (one DSP section will be showing)
- on the leftover smallest section, add two strips of tear and tape. Remove backing.
- fold both of those sections inward onto the "middle" sections and press down to stay flat, pressing firmly on outer left section to ensure adhesion of the tear and tape to inside of card.
- Open by pulling up sections into a "tower". Leave flat to mail
