I've been wanting to make a Triangle Tri-Fold card for the longest time and I finally got around to it (See FREE PDF Instructions below). I don't know why I waited so long. It was SO easy to do!
Plus, I also tried Stampin' Up!'s new Scallop Corner and Scallop Trim Border punches together. Took a little practice, but I love the look! Check out this Corner & Border Punch video as well as links to punch template guides.
Did you know?..The Scallop Trim Border Punch is FREE! That's right. With your $50 purchase - you can own one for FREE.

As promised, today I'm sharing the instructions to make the Mini Milk Carton Gift Box from the February Control Freaks Tour.
For the tour, I shared an Easter Mini Milk Carton Gift Box. However, the box below was the original Gift Box I made for Stampin' Up!'s Mini Milk Cartons, which two fit nicely.
In fact, this was one of the projects we did at my last month's DOstamperSTARS quarterly Camp-A-Rama. (a quarterly camp and recognition meeting I do especially for my demonstrators)!
I saw a similiar box somewhere but no instructions. So I sat down and figured it out...trial and error. It was a good exercise in making boxes. I learned a lot and think I'm better at it now. Sometimes you just have to dig in and figure things out for yourself...you can DO it!
But today - you don't have to DO it yourself, you get the fruits of my labor!
Join my awesomeDOstamperSTARS team(from all over the United States) and you'll have access to my resources and experience to help you start your own Stampin' Up! business.
Welcome to Day #4 of my DOcelebration Online Event! Only one more day left!

Today's project comes under the category of Clean & Simple. Lately, I've been drawn to this style of stamping. The cards below were inspired by a swap I received at Founders Circle from my friend Penny. Here's a card I made last fall with the same layout.
I had planned to add a greeting using Stampin' Up!'s Chat Room Rub-Ons from the Occasions Mini Catalog. But can I find them! Nope, not anywhere. Does anyone else suffer from the "I can't find it" disease?
I paired each of these cards with Stampin' Up!'s 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. The circles are punched with the 1-3/8" Circle Punch (Orange & Lime circles use a 1" circle punch). The next Whisper White Layer measures 1-3/4" x 1-3/4". The mats of coordinating color measure 2" x 2" (Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Olive Olive & Chocolate Chip).
Now, I need something to put them in. I started wracking my brain for just the right container and then remembered a stationary portfolio I made several years ago. I thought I could adapt it for this project.
A couple of things I like about this Portfolio Holder Box:
1. No adhesive - love it! 2. Quick & Easy 3. It can accommodate cards with bulky ribbon 4. Did I say, Quick & Easy?

So, which card do you like? Orange, Strawberry, Apple or Cherries? I'm leaning toward the cherries card myself. I really like the way the black sets off the cherries image. Let me know your favorite when you leave your comment today (which enters you in the drawing* for the Tart & Tangy stamp set and Portfolio Holder Box w/cards project pack)!

However...What I like the best about it is, this is one of those stamp sets that you can design a card layout and use it for all four of the images! All four of today's handmade cards have the same layout - just change the color and embellishments, and Voila!

Oh - almost forgot...How do you like the box? Isn't is cool?
