Holiday Extravaganza: Card Making, Winter Post & Occasions Collection

 

These cards are two more shoebox swap projects from my September Demonstrator meeting. 

 

This card was done by Kyra.  The stamp set used is Winter Post (from the Holiday Mini Catalog).  I love the the little reindeer from this set.  Super cute card!

 

This card was done by Dawn S.  She used the Hostess Level Two stamp set, Occasions Collection and the Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper.  The little half-back pearls are from the Pretties Kit #109114, $29.95.

Holiday Extravaganza: Card Making, Snow Swirled & Punches

 

Here are a couple more cards from my Demonstrator Shoebox Swap.  Both feature the Snow Swirled Stamp Set #111690, $24.95.

 

This card was made by Darlene.  The focal point is a fun Scallop Edge (#112091, $15.95) punched feature.  This is so easy to acheive.  The key to it is start with a 2 3/4" square.  Then center your punch on each of the four sides. 

 

This card was made by Jan.  The fun ornaments are made with the 1 3/8" Circle & Scallop Circle Punches.  Plus, the scallop border at the top was made with the same Scallop Edge Punch as the first card.

Holiday Extravaganza: Packaging & Tags, Food Gifts

Each year my husband, Gene cans and bakes several food items for holiday gifts.  These make for great last-minute gifts as well as just a little added "extra" for friends and family.  He's already got a head start on his gift baking this year  His Salsa and Applesauce are all ready to go. 

Here he is using my Snail adhesive and some punches to label his jars.  By the way...this is the only "papercrafting" my hubby does (besides paper airplanes).  However, he does cook and bake!  Ain't he great?

 

 

Before they "go out the door", I'll add some holiday ribbon and bag them up in a decorated Gift Bag.
