Stamping with the STARS #424 Sketch: Little Monkey with FREE SAB Jungle Pals Dies

I had a busy past couple of days. One of them was for my grandson, Kaladin who turned one! Which is why I'm late getting this post up for Saturday's sketch. But what a fun day! And in celebration of him, I made a card using the sketch.

How'd She DO That? Kaladin's Birthday card
- Stamps/Bundles: Little Monkey Bundle (includes Monkey Builder Punch), Biggest Wish, Alphabest
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delights (scraps for Monkey Builder punch)
- Garden Green (scraps for vine & leaf dies from FREE Jungle Pals Dies - coming 1/4/2024)
- Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper (1" x 5-1/4", 1" x 4")
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Pecan Pie, Garden Green, Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker
- Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, FREE Sale-a-Bration Jungle Pals Dies, Stampin' Seal, Adhesive Sheets, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots
DOstamping Tips:
- When using the FREE Sale-a-Bration Jungle Pals Dies (coming 1/4/2024), I recommend using Adhesive Sheets for the vine shape
- Use scraps & Monkey Builder Punch to cut out pieces and assemble monkey using Glue Dots.
- Adhere down only the halfway first, so you can "hook" the tail onto the vine. Then adhere head with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- To stamp the sentiment, cover the word "hi" with tape. Ink up with black ink and remove the tape before stamping.
- Use Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to write the 3 dots.
