On Sunday, I celebrated my 22nd Stampin' Up! birthday!! It was one of the best decisions of my life! I've met so many wonderful people, traveled to lovely destinations (earned by less than 1% of demonstrators) and so much more.

So I thought I'd celebrate with a week of my favorite type of cards...Fun Folds!

For today's Fun Fold card, I reached for the Online Exclusive Cake Celebrations Bundle. It also features the Online Exclusive Everyday Arches Dies. I've been wanting to make a folded card using these dies. See how in my DOstamping Tips below.

How'd She DO That? Celebrate Fun Fold card

Stamps/Bundles: Cake Celebration Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Basic White Thick (4-1/4" x 8-1/2" card base score/fold at 5-1/2")
- Pool Party (3-1/4" x 8-1/2" score/fold at 4-1/4")
- Crumb Cake (scraps for large & small cake tier die cuts)
- Petunia Pop (scraps for large & small frosting, banner, cake stand insert die cuts)
- Daffodil Delight (1/2" x 4-1/4", scraps for banner, cake stand die cuts)
- Cute as Can Bee Designer Series Paper (1" x 2-3/4" plaid, 4" x 5-1/4" floral)
Ink: Petunia Pop, Daffodil Delight
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Everyday Arches Dies, Paper Snips, Starburst Sequins, Take Your Pick, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

On small flap of card base, stamp Cake Celebrations stamp set starburst images with Daffodil Delight ink. Adhere strip of Daffodil Delight to bottom edge. Then adhere large floral Cute as Can Bee DSP to inside of card.
Die cut folded Pool Party with 3" x 4-1/8" Everyday Arches. TIP: line up bottom edge of die just outside the Pool Party folded edge - this preserves the fold.
Adhere plaid DSP to bottom of folded Pool Party arch. Adhere cake stand pieces together with liquid glue, then adhere where shown with Stampin' Dimensional "edges".
Add Wink of Stella Glitter to Petunia Pop frosting die cuts and adhere to Crumb Cake cake tiers. Adhere large tier where shown.
Before adhering small cake tier, trim off "poles" from Daffodil Delight banner. Adhere banner to Petunia Pop banner, slightly offset. Use glue dots to secure poles to back of cake tier and liquid glue for banner portion to adhere cake tier and banner to card.
Attach Starburst Sequin using Take Your Pick tool
Open card base to adhere folded Pool Party arch to center of inside of card. Then open arch, fold down top flap of card base and then fold arch up over the flap.

Stamping with the STARS #442: Sketch With Memorable Blooms Bundle

The DOstamperSTARS are excited to bring you another Stamping with the STARS Inspiration Hop #DOswts442. Today it's our pleasure share another Sketch Inspiration with you.

Today's sketch is a great layout for many Stampin' Up! images.

I choose to play with the Memorable Blooms Bundle from the Jan-April 2025 Mini Catalog. It was actually one of the first products I purchased because I liked the florals and hexagon dies with detailed peek-through elements.

How'd She DO That? Memorable Blooms Thank You card

Stamps/Bundle: Memorable Blooms Bundle (includes dies)
Paper:
- Fresh Freesia (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base, 4" x 4" add texture with embossing folder)
- Basic White (4" square for large hexagon die cut, scrap for stamping)
- Soft Sea Foam (4" square)
- Adhesive Sheets (4" square)
- Online Exclusive Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP)(1" x 4")
Ink: Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather, Tuxedo Black Memento
Stampin' Blends: Fresh Freesia, Soft Sea Foam
Others: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Paper Snips, Online Exclusive White 1/4" Ribbon, Iridescent Faceted Gems, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Adhere textured Fresh Freesia layer and DSP strip to folded card base.
On the white hexagon die cut, use Blending Brushes to add Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather inks to approximately where the detailed flowers die cut will be placed (TIP: use the detailed flower hexagon die to eyeball placement).
Add 4" square piece of Adhesive Sheet to back of Soft Sea Foam square:
- die cut using BOTH detailed flower hexagon and large hexagon dies (see above). (TIP: run back and forth through die cutting machine 4 times to make sure it cuts through both cardstock and adhesive sheet.)
- Remove adhesive backing from detailed die cut and adhere to white hexagon die cut, then adhere to card.
On white scrap, stamp double flower and sentiment with black ink. Color flower with Stampin' Blends and die cut. Fussy cut out "thanks".
- Add adhesive to back of flower die cut and adhere down 9" of ribbon into a Z-shape. Then adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Adhere sentiment to card with Stampin' Dimensional on left and glue dot on right edge.
Attach Iridescent Faceted Gems where shown.

Floral Delight Suite: Easy Lots of Love Card

Today I'm sharing an adorably cute card featuring the Floral Delight Suite!

This is a oldie but goodie layout I reach for on occasions. I thought it would be good choice to show off the Floral Delight Designer Series Paper and those cute little single flowers.

How'd She DO That? Lots of Love card

Stamps/Bundles: Delightful Wishes Bundle (includes dies)
Paper:
- Old Olive (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (3" x 4-1/4", two 4" x 5-1/4")
- Daffodil Delight (3-1/4" x 4-1/2")
- Floral Delight Designer Series Paper (1" x 4" gingham, 3/4"x 4" blue floral)
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Pecan Pie, Old Olive
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Daffodil Delight 1/8" Satin Ribbon, Tiny Bee Trinkets, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Mini Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

On large white panel, stamp (3) flowers and (2) leaves as follows:
- solid flower = stamped-off Daffodil Delight
- detailed flower = Daffodil Delight full strength
- flower center = Pecan Pie
- leaves = Old Olive
- die cut, then arrange/adhere flowers with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals and leaves with Mini Glue Dots.

Textured Notes Bundle with Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder

Today I'm sharing a card made with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder and Texture Notes Bundle (Online Exclusives)

I had fun playing with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. Be sure to check out my DOstamping Tips.

How'd She DO That? Seriously the Best card

Stamps/Bundles: Texture Notes Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Thick Basic White 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Crumb Cake (1-3/4" x 4" - see note in tips below)
- Basic White (3-1/2" x 4-3/4", scrap for sentiment)
- Pecan Pie (3-3/4" x 5")
Ink: Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, Tuxedo Black Memento
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, Linen Thread, Neutral Matte Dots, Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

On the white panel, stamp Texture Notes stamp set images where shown:
- basket weave circle = Crumb Cake
- large leaves = Pecan Pie (stamp a 2nd time without reinking)
- small leaves = Early Espresso (stamp a 2nd time without reinking)
Add texture to crumb cake piece with Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. Then trim to 3-1/2".
- To add ink to ridges, I used the basket weave circle inked with Crumb Cake and lightly swiped it over the ridges. Then adhered to bottom of stamped panel.
On white scrap, stamp sentiment with black ink and die cut with the long skinny label. Adhere to top of corrugated panel.
Wrap thread twice around completed panel and tie into a bow. Adhere to Pecan Pie panel and then to folded card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Finish off with Neutral Matte Dots.

Easy Faith Collection Bundle Card!

Today I'm sharing an easy Online Exclusives Faith Collection Bundle card.

I'm part of a card ministry group. We met this past Saturday to make 100+ cards with an encouragement theme. This was one of the designs I came up with using the Faith Collection Bundle and the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper from the current Scrapbooking Brochure.

This beautiful Designer Series Paper has textured looking patterns of florals, ginghams, polka dots, and more. It looks stunning in the Gray Granite, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Pecan Pie, Pretty Peacock, Wild Wheat color palette.

How'd She DO That? Faith Cross card

Stamps/Bundles: Faith Collection Bundle - includes dies
Paper:
- Wild Wheat (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base, scrap for cross die cut)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4")
- Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper (2-3/8" x 4")
Ink: Pretty Peacock
Other: Boho Blue Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Before adhering the Everyday Happiness Designer Series Paper (DSP) to the white panel, stamp the sentiment near the right edge.
- I love there are lighter horizontal stripes that are a natural area for stamping sentiments.
Then adhere stamped DSP to white panel about 3/8" up from bottom edge.
Adhere cross die cut to card with Stampin' Dimensionals, then add a large Rhinestone Basic Jewel to center.
I was able to get 13 card from one sheet of (DSP).

Easy Ombre with Textured Notes Bundle

March 15, 2025

Today I'm sharing card made with the Online Exclusive Textured Notes Bundle.

Be inspired by the organic textures and natural elements in the Botanical Textures Suite Collection!

This suite has a neutral color palette to allow the botanical textures to be the star of the show.
Use the textured stamps to add subtle sophistication to your card making designs, the dies to make photo backgrounds for scrapbooking spreads, the paper for interesting treat packaging, and so much more!

How'd She DO That? Easy Ombre Thank You card

Stamps/Bundles: Textured Notes Bundle - includes dies (rectangle sizes range from 3/4" x 2-1/4" to 3-7/8" x 5-1/4")
Paper:
- Smoky Slate (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", three 2" x 3-1/2", scrap for 1-3/4" circle punch)
- Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper (4" x 5-1/4")
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento, Basic Gray
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, 1-3/4" Circle Punch, White 1/4" Ribbon, Neutral Matte Dots, Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

To get the ombre look on the focal point:
- stamp one of the 2" x 3-1/2" pieces with black ink
- stamp 2nd piece with Basic Gray ink
- stamp 3rd one without reinking (from the 2nd piece)
Die cut all three pieces with 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" Textures Notes Die. Adhere darkest and lightest pieces to DSP where shown.
Wrap White 1/4" Ribbon around entire panel and tie into a bow on left side (love this ribbon). Then adhere 3rd stamped piece with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on 1-3/4" white circle with black ink and adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals on left edge.
Finish off with Neutral Matte Dots.

Use Bee Builder Punch to Make Cute Birds!

Today I'm sharing a fun Bird Punch Art card made with the Bee Builder Punch.

I used the new Beautiful Bokeh 6x6 Designer Series Paper, as several sheets both sides coordinated nicely together to make the birds.

How'd She DO That? Bee Builder Birds card

Stamps/Bundles: Beautiful Butterflies Bundle (includes dies)
Paper:
- Balmy Blue (8-1/2" x 5-1/2" card base)
- Basic White (4" x 5-1/4", scrap for sentiment label die cut)
- Daffodil Delight (3-1/4" x 4")
- Beautiful Bokeh 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (3" x 4", scraps for 2 birds)
Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
Stampin' Write Markers: Basic Black
Other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Bee Builder Punch, Paper Snips, Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots, Stampin' Seal, Glue Dots & Stampin' Dimensionals

DOstamping Tips:

Use Bee Builder Punch to cut a bee body and small heart from Beautiful Bokeh 6x6 Designer Series Paper.
Use Paper Snips to cut 1/2" off the body, at a slight angle (as shown above).
Use Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to color "beak" and draw an eye.
Flip over the 1/2" piece and adhere to the body as shown. Then use glue dot to adhere the small heart for the tail.
Arrange the birds onto the DSP panel. Use the marker to draw long legs/feet. Then adhere birds with Stampin' Dimensionals.

How cute is this...SO CUTE! Plus, lots of fun to make!

Floral Delight Suite: Easy Happy Birthday Card

Today I'm sharing an simple, but cute Floral Delight Suite Happy Birthday card. You could make a handful of these to keep on hand.

Whenever I'm first playing with a new stamp set, I like to start out with a quick & cute card to get a feel for the stamp set images and how they work together. This was the first card I made with the Floral Delight Suite (back in January)...and I'm still lovin' it!

How'd She DO That? Happy Birthday card

DOstamping Tips:

I recommend practicing stamping the floral sprig for alignment. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love it!
