Two For Tuesday: Text Ya Later

It's Two For Tuesday (TFT) again, where I share a quick & easy card, along with a stepped up version.

Today features the trendy Text Ya Later Stamp Set. Let your creativity run wild with this one. Keep it simple, or add a little sass! Perfect for today's Two For Tuesday share!

Text Ya Later Quick & Easy card

Run 4" x 5-1/4" Berry Burst cardstock through Big Shot with Polka Dot Basics Texture Impressions Embossing Folder. Then adhere to folded 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" Thick Whisper White card base.
Wrap Emerald Envy Crinkled Seam Binding around 4" x 3-1/8" Emerald Envy cardstock. Tie off with a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine. Adhere to card at a slight angle.
Stamp "screen" image (Text Ya Later stamp set) with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Thick Whisper White cardstock. Stamp messages & bubbles with Emerald Envy & Berry Burst ink. Use Paper Snips to cut screen image and adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Take your card to the next level by adding a Embossing Paste background and a Window Sheet cover over the screen image for a more realistic look!

Text Ya Later Step-Up card

Add texture to 4-1/4" x 5-1/4" Berry Burst cardstock by spreading Embossing Paste over Pattern Party Decorative Mask with Palette Knives. Let dry. Then adhere to folded 8-1/2 x 5-1/2" Thick Whisper White card base.
Use scissors to rough up the edges of a 4" x 3-1/8" Emerald Envy cardstock. Wrap Emerald Envy Crinkled Seam Binding this panel and tie off with a piece of Whisper White Bakers Twine. Adhere to card at a slight angle.
Ink up "screen" image with Versamark ink, then with Memento Tuxedo Black ink...then stamp on Thick Whisper White cardstock. Cover with Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder and melt with Heat Tool. Use Paper Snips to trim image.
Stamp "bubbles" with black ink, messages & shadows with Emerald Envy & Berry Burst ink. Use Aqua Painter & Berry Burst ink to color in top and bottom "boxes" of screen. Then cover with Clear Wink of Stella.
Adhere 2-3/4" x 3-5/8" Window Sheet with just a couple of Glue Dots. Then hide them with Metallic Sequin Assortment adhered with Glue Dots

The Text Ya Later Stamp Set is perfect for anyone of all ages. But especially that hard-to-please teenage or pre-teen group. It's Two For Tuesday (TFT) again, where I share a quick & easy card along with a stepped up 2nd version.

Today features the Ribbon of Courage Bundle, paired unexpectedly with the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper. Look how beautiful this pattern coordinates with the style of the greeting...just perfect!

Ribbon of Faith Quick & Easy card

Adhere 3" x 4-1/4" piece of Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper to folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" So Saffron card base.
Stamp greeting (Ribbon of Courage stamp set) with Tranquil Tide ink on 1-1/2" x 2-3/4" piece of Whisper White (more to the right side). Adhere to card.
Stamp ribbon with So Saffron ink on So Saffron scrap. Die cut with matching Support Ribbon Framelits Die. Adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals

Ribbon of Faith Step-Up card

Add texture to 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of So Saffron with Sparkle Texture Impressions Embossing Folder and Big Shot.
Adhere 3" x 4-1/4" piece of Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper to the textured piece, and then adhere to folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" So Saffron card base.
Stamp greeting (Ribbon of Courage stamp set) with Tranquil Tide ink on scrap of Whisper White. Cut with Pretty Label Punch Stamp a couple flowers with So Saffron ink around the top right and lower left corners of the label.
Cut another Pretty Label from Tranquil Tide cardstock. Adhere under stamped label with a little showing on the right side. Adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp ribbon with So Saffron ink on So Saffron scrap. Die cut with matching Support Ribbon Framelits Die. Adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals
Adhere Hearts & Stars Elements with Fine Tip Glue. Attach Rhinestone.

Two For Tuesday: Lovely Friends cards

Today is Two For Tuesday, where I share an quick & easy card along with a stepped up 2nd version.

Both cards feature the new Lovely Friends Photopolymer Bundle [145319] (save 10%)!

Create cards with an interactive flair! The die in this bundle makes a pop up wreath when the recipient opens the card. The stamp images compliment the dies with lots of phrases and greetings for the outside of your card. You'll find yourself reaching for the set often!

Lovely Friends Quick & Easy Card

Stamp leaves image (Lovely Friends stamp set) with Old Olive ink (one is full strength and one is stamped-off) on 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack. Stamp hearts with Fresh Fig ink. Then adhere to folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Very Vanilla card base.
Stamp greeting & brackets with Fresh Fig ink on Very Vanilla "label" die cut image from Lovely Laurel Thinlits Dies.
Fold Old Olive 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon in half and adhere to greeting label, and then to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Lovely Friends Step-Up Card

Die cut one of the wreath images (Lovely Laurel Thinlits Dies) from Old Olive cardstock.
Place wreath (don't adhere yet) on 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack (for positioning). Stamp leaves (Old Olive) & hearts (Fresh Fig) around it.
Adhere wreath piece to DSP with Glue Dots and trim off excess from right edge. Adhere panel to 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" Fresh Fig cardstock.
Fold Old Olive 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon in half. Place a couple of pieces of Linen thread on top and staple all to the panel. Adhere panel to folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Very Vanilla card base.
Stamp greeting & brackets with Fresh Fig ink on Very Vanilla "label" die cut image from Lovely Laurel Thinlits Dies, and adhere to card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

At first glance - I completely fell in love with the stamp set, Lovely Friends. and knew I'd be reaching for it a lot when I'm looking for ways to express myself. In Color Week: Lemon Lime Twist with Happy Birthday Gorgeous!

For today's 2017-2019 In Color feature, I'm sharing a Two For Tuesday project using Lemon Lime Twist. I'm seeing this becoming a very popular color. It pairs nicely with a lot of colors.

With the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set, you'll get balloons and flowers, and messages, oh my! Create the perfect card or gift packaging for any birthday you care to celebrate.

Happy Birthday Gorgeous - quick & cute card

Stamp greeting repeatedly on 1/2" x 5-1/4" strip of Lemon Lime Twist with Wisteria Wonder ink. Adhere to 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock.
Die cut 1-7/8" circle (Layering Circle Framelits) from scrap paper/cardstock to use as a template. Place circle on white panel and lightly trace with pencil. Remove circle.
Stamp images (Happy Birthday Gorgeous) stamp set as follows:
- Happy Birthday = Wisteria Wonder ink (inside circle)
- Stamp flowers so they slightly cross over the edge of the "penciled" circle
  - 5-Petal Flowers = Coral Calypso ink (stamp outline image first, then stamp off for solid image)
  - Roses = Wisteria Wonder ink (stamp outline image first, then stamp off for solid image)
  - Leaves = Lemon Lime Twist
- Erase pencil marks when dry
Adhere completed panel to folded 11" x 4-1/4" Wisteria Wonder card base

Happy Birthday Gorgeous - stepped up card

Die cut 1-7/8" circle (Layering Circle Framelits) from scrap paper/cardstock to use as a template. Place circle on 4" x 5-1/4"panel and lightly trace with pencil. Remove circle.
Stamp images (Happy Birthday Gorgeous) stamp set as follows:
- Stamp flowers so they slightly cross over the edge of the "penciled" circle
  - 5-Petal Flowers = Coral Calypso ink (stamp outline image first, then stamp off for solid image)
  - Roses = Wisteria Wonder ink (stamp outline image first, then stamp off for solid image)
  - Leaves = Lemon Lime Twist
  - NOTE: you may find, like I did...that you get some little "dots" from your stamping. To make them look like they should be there, use matching Stampin' Write Markers to add more dots here & there.
- Erase pencil marks when dry
Adhere completed panel to folded 11" x 4-1/4" Wisteria Wonder card base. Adhere additional 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock to inside of card.
Die cut 1-7/8" circle window from card front, and trace lightly with a pencil the window through to the inside of card.
On the inside of the card...stamp "Happy Birthday" with Wisteria Wonder ink (inside circle). Stamp flower and leaves just outside the circle area. Erase circle.
Wrap Lemon Lime Twist 1/4" Ombre Ribbon around right side of window and tie in a bow.
Stamp label image with Basic Gray ink and greeting with Coral Calypso ink. Cut with Classic Label Punch and adhere with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
Place Subtles Enamel Shapes in a visual triangle.

The Lemon Lime Twist 1/4" Ombre ribbon is the perfect accent for this card!
