How'd She DO That? Hello Harvest Watercolor Floral Spray card
- Stamps/Bundles: Hello Harvest Bundle (includes Rustic Pumpkin Dies)
- Paper:
- Basic White Thick (11" x 4-1/4" card base)
- Basic White (3-3/4" x 5")
- Basic Black (3-7/8" x 5-1/8")
- Ink: Tuxedo Black Memento
- Other: Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Watercolor Pencils, Watercolor Pencils Assortment 2, Blender Pens, Stampin' Seal & Stampin' Dimensionals
DOstamping Tips:
- Stamp the floral spray image twice (be sure to stamp the second one upside down). Leave a little space between them.
- Color with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen.
- daisy = Crushed Curry and Early Espresso
- 3-petal flower = Cajun Craze
- other flower = Cherry Cobbler
- greenery = Old Olive
- Don't over blend or the paper will "pill"
- Take a closer look at the sentiment. By die cutting an extra Basic Black banner, you'll get a lovely matted look to your sentiment.
I love the way this card turned out. The images were small enough for me to have a successful watercolor experience. Watercoloring is not normally in my wheelhouse. But with practice I have gotten better and I do love the look.
